Jacob's Hebrew Name
In accordance with Ashkenazic tradition, Hillary and I gave Jacob a Hebrew name that honors two relatives who were dear to us and whom we recall often in our hearts and minds.
Jacob's Hebrew name, which we announced to friends and family at his bris, is "Ya'akov Melech," which means "Jacob the King."
